Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellations made within 12 hours prior to appointment will incur a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee from the total treatment cost. The remaining 50% may be credited to your next booking with us if it is made within 30 days of the original booking. One change of appointment is permitted no less than 12 hours before the original appointment and must be made online, via email or phone.
